Euphoria Estate - new building.

I've added a nice video of an almost complete building in Euphoria Estate. A big challenge of this project was that the erf is situated with the long side North/South, thus very little room for north-facing windows. Another challenge came from the client brief - the interior of the house was to be devided into two distinct parts - two bedrooms in the front, seperated from the two bedrooms in the rear by the living spaces.
